"I did get the credit back in..."
I did get the credit back in the end, so that was good, but it took longer than I expected. I kept checking for it and then got distracted with other stuff, and eventually it showed up. Not a huge deal, just kind of slow.

"Using my TrueBlue points was actually easy"
I booked a trip through JetBlue Vacations and, honestly — it was straightforward. I liked that I could still earn TrueBlue points on the package, and applying points toward the trip wasn’t a hassle either. Some of the prices weren’t exactly cheap, but at least the checkout was clear and I knew what I was paying for. Overall, it worked out well for me... I’d probably use it again

"Transfer info could’ve been a lot clearer"
I booked through JetBlue Vacations and while the trip itself was mostly okay, the airport transfer part was more frustrating than it needed to be. After landing, the directions weren’t very clear at all, and we ended up wandering around and asking different people where we were supposed to meet the driver. We did eventually find them, so it worked out in the end, but it felt disorganized and set a bad tone right away. I might use them again, but only if they do a better job explaining the transfer details next time.

I booked a trip through the mobile app and it worked in the end, but it was a little frustrating. Some pages took a while to load, and the app froze on me once during the process. The flights were fine, nothing to complain about there. But the hotel... it just kind of ruined the whole vibe. We kept running into issues, and after a while it felt like we spent more time dealing with problems than actually enjoying the vacation

"Package deal sounded better than it ended up being"
I booked one of those flight and hotel bundles because I figured it would make everything simpler, especially since I didn’t feel like comparing a million tabs over coffee. But the flight times got changed twice, which threw off my whole plan, and the hotel room was beat up, scuffed furniture, weird lamp, that kind of thing. Support did reply when I reached out, so I’ll give them that, but they didn’t really do much to fix the situation. The trip wasn’t a total disaster, and I still had a decent sandwich near the hotel one night, but overall it just wasn’t worth the extra hassle.

"Promo code worked like it should"
I used a promo code on a JetBlue Vacations package and it actually dropped the price just like it said it would. There wasnt any weird change or surprise once I got to checkout, which I appreciated. I just wish there were a few more deals available for the dates I needed.

"Helpful in theory, but not as useful as I expected"
I booked my trip through JetBlue Vacations and added the travel protection because I figured it would give me some peace of mind. It wasn’t completely useless, and I can see how it might help in certain situations, but when my plans changed, I found the process confusing. A lot of the things I assumed would be covered weren’t, and it took longer than I expected to get clear answers. Overall, I’m glad there was at least some support, but I probably wouldn’t buy it again unless I read the fine print really carefully first.

I booked a flight and hotel package through jetbluevacations.com, and for this particular trip, the price came out better than booking everything separately. I’m sure it depends on the destination and dates, but in our case it was definitely the cheaper option.
I also liked that the total was easy to see before checking out. There weren’t any last-minute surprises or weird extra charges at the end, which made the whole thing feel less stressful.
For what we got, I felt like it was a solid deal. I’d check it again for future trips, especially if the pricing stays similar to what we found this time

I had to wait forever before anyone actually helped me. They did fix it in the end, but it was so late that it just felt frustrating. My friend had a similar issue and got it handled much faster, so this was disappointing.

The only thing is the follow-up messages weren’t always super clear or timely, especially for hotel info and reminders. I ended up checking things on my own a couple times, but it wasn’t a huge hassle. Overall, it did the job fine

"Canceling was actually easy"
